	Please join our SacTallClub Meet-up group - http://tall.meetup.com/29/ -where Harry posts extra "Move that Body" events not found on our regular social calendar. You can also post your suggestions for events that get us up and moving!
	For more "Move that Body" activities, go to the Sacramento Walking Sticks website at www.sacramentowalkingsticks.org. They host walks all over the Sacramento area several days a week, including a regular Wednesday evening walk, walks a couple mornings a week and walks on the weekends. These are casual, "for the health of it", non-competitive group walks that are either 5K or 10K in length.
